How do I get my password?
Once you have submitted your information to sign up for TRAC Media Services Carriage service, you will receive an automated email with instructions for your login. You will be assigned a temporary password and will change it to one of your choosing when you login for the first time. TRAC will never know your password. So if you forget your password, you need to get a new one.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you forget your password, you will need to go to the login page at https://client.tracmedia.com/Login.aspx.
Click on the “Forgot your password?” link and follow the instructions.
You will receive an automated email with instructions on changing your password.
What are the Terms of Use?
- You are accessing the website through a current and valid agreement with TRAC Media Services.
- You are using your own e-mail address and password to log into our site.
- You will not share your user name or password with anyone.
- Data and images provided to you are for internal use only and reproduction, publication, distribution, exhibition, sale, license, lease, rental or other monetization of any data or images is prohibited.
- Public Television is all about trust. TRAC believes in this basic value and expects that all our website users do as well.
Where are the Carriage reports located?
Once logged in, you will find our carriage reports under the “Carriage” section of our website. When you hover over the word “Carriage”, a dropdown menu of reports will appear.
What are the Reports?
Below is a list of all the carriage reports available. Each report includes a tutorial and/or a sample report (in PDF format).
Carriage Summary - Graphical report that includes number of airings, number of channels, breakdown by day, time periods, time zones and demographics.

Airing Detail Airings by Channel Sample.pdfChannel Summary - All telecasts are summarized by channels; so one unique row for each channel.

What is a Quick List?
A Quick List is the list of your programs available for you to choose from instead of using the search feature in your reports. If you have more than 25 programs, you will not have a Quick List.
The Quick List link will show up in the Program/Episode selector.
Once you select it, you will then see the programs that you have available to you
What is My Stations and how do I create it?
The My Stations feature, found under the MY ACCOUNT drop down, allows you to create a specific station set to apply in your carriage queries, where applicable. Take the quick tutorial for instructions on how to create it.
What is My Shows and how do I create it?
The My Shows feature, found under the MY ACCOUNT drop down, allows you to create a specific program set and/or program episode set to apply in your carriage queries where applicable. Take the quick tutorial for instructions on how to create it.
