From producers and stations, to community non-profits and national organizations, TRAC has illuminated its clients in audience and donor behavior, strategic planning and staff development as well as production and community impact.

TRAC invests itself in helping clients with audience research, community surveys, programming and fundraising training, viewer forums and focus groups, and mch more.

TRAC supports and advises all levels of station management, from general managers, to content managers, as well as pledge producers, development directors, and underwriting professionals to better position their station in the community(ies) they serve.

We also work with a large number of program and series producers to help them improve their carriage on stations, and understand the audiences their content reaches.

TRAC has conducted research with PBS, PBS stations and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting on topics as diverse as television viewing in ethnic households, donor engagement via membership rolls and on-air fundraising, as well as electronic philanthropy.

Over the decades, we have engaged thousands of donors about their support and attitudes toward the public television they support.

We monitor viewing trends for all programs and series airing on public television – nationally and locally including Masterpiece Theatre, NOVA, The NewsHour, American Experience, Great Performances, Antiques Roadshow, Frontline, Secrets of the Dead, This Old House, Washington Week and many more.

Our goal is to aid public television stations and decision-makers to best serve their communities. Over the past 25 years our research, consulting, and information sharing services have enabled our clients to achieve their goals.
